Postage & Packaging – UK

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however should delays occur that are out of our control we will inform you.

All UK Inland orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Postal service at a flat rate of £4.99.

For all orders over £40, delivery is offered free of charge.

Should you wish to order from outside the UK please email us before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements.

 

Delivery

Please allow up to 4-5 business days for actual delivery (1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service).

Orders will be sent to the delivery address  provided during purchase. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

 

We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Candle Care
To get the best performance from your Ruby Bee candle ensure that you trim the wick to approximately 5mm (1/4 inch) before each use. Top tip - the easiest way to do this is with a pair of toe nail clippers! Ensure you store your Ruby Bee candle away from extreme temperatures and out of direct sunlight. On the first burn it is recommended to burn for at least 4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.

Safety

• Always place your Ruby Bee candle on a stable heat resistant surface,

• Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times,

• Avoid drafts, vents or air currents,

• Never touch or move a burning candle,

• Always keep the candle within your sight. If you are going to leave the room, be sure to extinguish all candles,

• Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle. It's the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering,

• Make sure the candle is completely out and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving the room,

• Don't touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.

As all Ruby Bee candles are hand poured individually there may occasionally be slight variations in the size and colour. All measurements are approximate.
